The work

Three jobs. Done right.

We don't build. We don't haul junk. We specialize in outdoor teardown so the price, the schedule, and the mess stay in one lane.

The lane

Tear it down. Haul it off. That's the job.

You need the old structure gone — so you can use the yard, or so a builder can start Monday. We take decks, fences, and sheds apart and leave with the debris. One owner. One truck. Most of it done in a day.

  • Decks, fences, and sheds — that's the work
  • Playsets and hot tubs on the same visit if they're in the way
  • We don't build the replacement
  • We don't take houses down

Frankie, owner, was great to work with. From start to finish. Helped with fence demo. Would highly recommend.

Chris, Saint Paul

Frankie helped me with a large basement remodel project. Demo'd walls, floors, ceiling, and then framed new walls, installed flooring and installed bathroom fixtures. He's reliable and reasonably priced.

Service area

Based in Minnetonka. We'll come to you.

Twin Cities metro is home range. Farther towns in Minnesota are fair game when the teardown is a real job — text the city and we'll tell you straight.

See where we work

Questions, answered.

No. We tear them down and haul them off. If you already have a builder lined up, we clear the site so they can start. We don't carry a contractor license for new construction, and we don't pretend to.

No. We used to list that work. We don't anymore. Flow Haulers is outdoor demolition — decks, fences, and sheds. That's it. The work is cleaner, faster, and priced for the job, not by the junk bag.

Fastest: text 1–3 photos to (651) 245-6285. Or use the ballpark estimator on this site, then send the photos so we can lock a number. Most quotes go out the same evening.

Evenings after 4 and weekends — especially Saturdays. That's when homeowners are home, and that's when we work. Most jobs finish in a single day. You don't have to take time off.

Many Minnesota cities do not require a permit to remove a residential deck, fence, or shed. Some do, especially if the structure is large or attached. We'll flag it if your city typically wants one. The homeowner usually pulls it if it's needed.
